Lost Pines Watch has now obtained Pacifico's principal 54-page Cedar Creek air-registration application, submitted and received August 14. The filing identifies 48 natural-gas turbines across six model families and expressly states a maximum nominal output of 1,326 megawatts. That is a different capacity measure from the earlier JETI description of 710 MW of site-rated redundant power. We have also obtained related records, and our review has identified multiple issues and unanswered questions that warrant careful scrutiny.

This is the principal nonconfidential application file released by TCEQ in response to an open-records request. Not every referenced item was included in the production, and later agency review materials may exist or still be in development.
Lost Pines Watch has also obtained related correspondence and other records. Our preliminary review has identified multiple issues and unanswered questions in the application that warrant careful scrutiny and written answers. Those issues do not, by themselves, establish a violation or determine the permit outcome. We are verifying the details and organizing the supporting record before publishing more.
The released application also contains an unresolved entity-name discrepancy. Most of the document identifies Pacifico CCK Energy 1 LLC, while the NSR and Title V applicability section on PDF page 34 instead names Pacifico Cedar Creek LLC. The released record does not explain whether that is a drafting error or reflects a different entity.
