The official record shows the deficiency cycle ran August 21–26 and a “Final Package Rework Cycle” began August 26. The public status remains PENDING, with no completed final action posted. The released application identifies 48 turbines across six model families and states 1,326 MW of maximum nominal output.

Item 6 schedules discussion and possible action on Pacifico water service
The Board meets at 9:00 a.m. at 401 Old Austin Highway in Bastrop. Item 6 says the Board will “discuss and take action” on Large Volume Water Service to Pacifico through Resolution 26.09.01. The new resolution and proposed agreement are not publicly available.

Submit a written technical objection and make TCEQ answer the eligibility questions.
This is an EGU Standard Permit registration, not an ordinary case-by-case permit proceeding with a clearly established individual contested-case-hearing route. Rep. Stan Gerdes has already requested a public meeting. Submit written technical information now, ask TCEQ to associate it with the project files, and monitor the mailing date of any written approval for the short Motion-to-Overturn deadline.
Read Rep. Gerdes's public-meeting requestState your real address, approximate distance and direction from the facility, how you use your property, and the specific air, safety, or property-use concerns that make the filing relevant to you. Do not claim someone else's acreage, medical conditions, job, cattle, garden, hunting use, or neighboring activity. Formal filings can become public records, so omit unnecessary medical detail and children's names.

The released application identifies 48 turbines across six model families and states 1,326 MW of maximum nominal output, while its emissions calculations use reduced modeled schedules that the filing says are not intended as operating limits. Please determine source scope, pollutant-by-pollutant potential to emit, and whether every annual limit will be legally and practically enforceable before construction approval.
Please take no final action until TCEQ issues a written, whole-site potential-to-emit and standard-permit eligibility determination under 30 TAC §§116.12, 116.110 and 116.610. Please identify the approved source-wide annual limits, rolling compliance period, unit and operating-mode coverage, monthly calculation method, monitoring, recordkeeping, missing-data rules, and reporting used to determine compliance.
Rep. Stan Gerdes has requested a public meeting. Please notify me when that meeting is scheduled and make this submission available for that record. Please also provide same-day electronic notice of any final technical review and written approval, identify the mailing date, and explain every post-decision administrative remedy and deadline, including the Motion-to-Overturn process.
Put Registration 185019 / Project 413471 in the first line. Save the confirmation screen and your complete text. If eComments will not accept the registration, send the identical submission to airperm@tceq.texas.gov and chiefclk@tceq.texas.gov, and ask for written confirmation that it was routed to the technical reviewer. A pre-decision objection does not replace a later Motion-to-Overturn filing deadline.
Do not assume TCEQ answered anyone
Ask five elected offices to press TCEQ again—and show residents the response.
For Representative Gerdes and Senator Schwertner, ask one direct question: “Has TCEQ answered your office in writing?” If the answer is no, ask them to contact TCEQ again that day. If the answer is yes, ask them to publish or summarize the response immediately. Cruz and Cornyn should also ask EPA Region 6 to examine the federal major-source, PSD and source-boundary questions. Governor Abbott should press his appointees and the agency publicly, while recognizing that he does not personally decide the registration.
In his August 23 ABC This Week interview, Abbott said data centers must not disturb “neighborhoods or rural communities” and that gaining support from people in local communities is “essential.” That protection is not evident here: TCEQ is nearing a decision after release of an application identifying 48 turbines and 1,326 MW, while source-wide eligibility and enforceability questions remain unresolved. Ask the Governor to apply his stated standard here by publicly pressing TCEQ to answer those questions in writing and schedule the public meeting requested by Rep. Gerdes.
Pacifico Air Registration 185019 / Project 413471 is still pending, but TCEQ opened a “Final Package Rework Cycle” on August 26. Please contact TCEQ again today and ask the agency to take no final action until it issues a written whole-site potential-to-emit and standard-permit eligibility decision, schedules the public meeting requested by Rep.
